Job Description
Bonne Garde Support has exciting opportunities available for X3 Customer Support Agents (Withdrawals) to be based in the Umhlanga Office in Durban. The successful incumbent will be responsible for processing withdrawals within 15 minutes and to handle and resolve all withdrawal and deposits queries immediately.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service-related role.
- Computer literate and typing skills.
- Must be able to work rotational shifts not restricted to weekends and public holiday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Customer chat satisfaction targets are achieved consistently by processing withdrawals within 15 minutes.
- Adhere to withdrawals work instructions.
- Attend to withdrawals and deposit queries and ensure it is resolved immediately.
- Minimum to zero withdrawal errors and losses.
- Provide service excellence through practicing and by portraying the behaviours in relation to the BGS purpose.
