Job Description:
The Department of Agriculture is seeking to employ Administrative Clerks to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have completed Grade 12 and are looking to kick-start their career in administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the department
- Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- File and maintain departmental records and documents
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification
- No experience required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
