The Nelson Mandela Foundation is a non-profit organisation focused on memory, dialogue, and legacy work. We are the custodian of Nelson Mandela’s life and times; we are a committed facilitator of his living legacy; and we are mandated to promote his lifelong vision of freedom and equality for all.
The foundation is looking for interns for a period of 18 months starting 1 April 2023.
HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager with HR Administration across the HR value chain.
- Coordinate all recruitment administration activities by; matching applicants’ credentials to the advertised job profile and shortlisting, liaising with agencies to obtain all required checks and references, setting up interviews, receiving interviewees and interviewers, providing HR service in interviews, preparing interview reports for internally driven recruitment. ·
- Coordinate the institutional and departmental Induction schedule for new employees.
